We stayed for a short break in the Riveside Park 5.
Loved the online booking as it was easy and very clear.
The choice of photos on they're website is really good and you get a proper feeling for the place and what you get for your money.
And the place IS as good as the photos!!!
The property was extremely well kept and spotless. Anything that we needed or though we might need was there.
Couldn't fault it!
We meet the ladies from the "Heart of the lakes" that evening for our swim passes and they were more than pleasant.
Would definitely go there again and definitely book through them.

We always book our Lakeland holiday with Heart of the Lakes. Excellent customer service, great range of properties in the most beautiful places. All properties are spotlessly clean and if a problem does arise, Heart of the Lakes staff are there promptly to sort it out. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Keys were ready early which allowed us immediate access. Visited Leafy Nook last week. Accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and very homely. Visited Stock Ghyll Waterfalls which were impressive, in full flow.
We have no hesitation in recommending Heart Of The Lakes and expect to return soon.

I've booked through Heart of the Lakes quite a few times now and I will keep on using them. A great choice of properties and helpful folks if you get confused on line. Just back from one of the Riverside Apartments in Keswick, super comfortable and fab views of the park and river.
