Our experience with HCT was excellent. We needed a taxi to and from Gatwick. Martin picked us up on time, we had some complimentary water and the drive was very professional and relaxed! Martin offered to stop at any point along the way at no extra charge and the car was lovely and clean!

On the way back we were picked up by Cameron who met us at the terminal and took our bags! He was great (and smartly dressed)! The travel back was just as good, free water and stops if we needed it. We got home in great time and a lovely comfortable ride at a great price! 10/10 would use again! Cheers gents!

Cameron happened to be the first taxi we found after arriving at Barnstaple Station. It had been a horrible journey from London and we just wanted to get to our accommodation.

We needed to collect some bits from the retail park next to the station and Cameron was happy to drive us there, wait while we grabbed it all and then take us to our cottage. This was a huge relief as we had thought we’d have to order another taxi but he was so kind as to wait for us.

On the way there we were offered the scenic route which we accepted and enjoyed a gorgeous drive along the coast. Cameron even pulled over and allowed us to take pictures etc whilst also explaining where we were and giving us tips on places to visit.

We enjoyed our journey so much that we only travelled with HCT for the entirety of our 5 day trip consisting of multiple taxi rides. Cameron was absolutely lovely, so quick with responses, happy to pick us up last minute and also really clear and fair with pricing.

Not only did we enjoy several journeys in a great car, we also had many lovely conversations and always felt really comfortable and safe (even after a few too many drinks at the wedding we had travelled for!).

Honestly, I wouldn’t use another taxi service and if HCT was available in London, Uber would never hear from me again!

Where do I start Cameron was absolutely superb he went above and beyond x our journey with him was an absolute pleasure. Our story is too long to write about but basically we broke down and Cameron went out of his way to help us firstly amidst all the trauma of back and forth for hire car which turned out wasn’t available to helping us find suitable hotel for the night so that we could plan our journey to get us home. We cannot thank him enough his customer care is second to none, five stars are not enough x so we have finally made it home almost 300 miles thank you thank you thank you, you are an amazing young man xxx

I used HCT Taxi Service for a round trip from Heathrow Airport to Devon with my young daughter. Cameron was professional, friendly, and attentive to my daughter's needs. The car was meticulously clean, and I felt very safe as a passenger. The service included a tablet with Wi-Fi for entertainment, a selection of sparkling or spring water, and magazines. I would 100% reccomend his HCT Taxi!

Cameron went above and beyond to help me! On a busy Easter weekend I had broken down on the Devon link road and urgently needed a part within the hour, I was very lucky to have come across HCT. He had just finished when he got my call and went straight out again to pick up the part and ship it to me then he stayed with me to help me back on my way! Top bloke! Great communication all the way - 100% trustworthy and genuinely a lovely person.
