We stayed at Point Chatham during Cowes Week (2024), the weather was fantastic. We were 6 adults and my 3 young grandchildren.
The house had everything we needed, a bathroom each for the 3 families and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge ice dispenser was well used.
The secure garden was spacious with a great seating area and a lovely lawn for the children to play games on. The location was also ideal for walking to the shops (5 minutes) and beach (10 minutes).

A beautiful and spacious venue with great views over the Solent. Well equipped, light and airy. One thing to be aware of is its lack of suitability for people who are mobility impaired like myself. In fairness, that is very apparent by simply looking through the gallery of images, so I knew what to expect. There are stairs reaching the front door of the property and between floors once inside. Putting that to one side, it's located perfectly for the village with some great restaurants nearby. There was only two of us, but it would come to be hold a family of five or more. Thoroughly recommend.

We have stayed at Elm Cottage many times over the years. Beautifully presented and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay in this magical part of the Island. Located a stones throw form the beach and excellent walks, you will also find yourself minutes away from the services and shops in Bembridge. I would highly recommend HB lettings and their team.

The week we stayed at Seapoint beach house was wild, very windy and it probably rained very hard every day…
However, we still had such a beautiful and peaceful stay.
We had had to change our weeks holiday due to us both being quite ill with Covid…
Annabel (HB Holiday Lettings) rearranged all the changes for us and was efficient, easy to communicate with and very kind.

We loved the location.. The beach seemed fairly remote with our own private path leading directly onto the beach.
It was a lovely safe pebbly beach for our dogs, Sooty and Sweep who also really enjoyed their holiday.
The cottage was perfect and well equipped ( although the bath and bathroom was quite small…but fine for us).
There were beach views from the main bedroom and all the rooms at the front.
We had a magical and peaceful time and will definitely be back.
Maybe without the torrential rains!

We stayed in Fintray Cottage over the summer and we loved every moment! The cottage was absolutely spotless and we felt really comfortable there. We did have an issue with a running toilet (just one of those things that happens!) but Annabel arranged for someone to come over the next day and it was all sorted by the time we came back from the beach. Annabel made everything so easy from booking to sorting our ferry crossings and we have already booked for next year as we know that the service Annabel provides is superb!

Edith Cottage is delightful! It has ALL the comforts and amenities that make it the perfect home from home in a wonderful location. Great walks, beaches and local cafes and restaurants - there's lots to do close to the cottage and further afield - we will definiltey be returning!

Summer 2024 was our third family holiday at Cornwall Cottage. As regular Isle of Wight holidaymakers, we have stayed in many properties over the years but Cornwall Cottage is by far our favourite. There's everything you need for cooking etc with the added bonus of a beautifully decorated house with a lovely garden to which you can retreat when the beach is a bit too hot for instance.

I would also like to add that the personal service we have received over the years from Annabelle at HB Lettings has been excellent.

Beautiful house the beds in particular were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great location, really enjoyed walking across the marina to the Duver cafe and exploring the area.
