I went in with my partner to discuss holiday ideas, and after a couple visits with weighing up all the ideas we we’re set on one place. To which Jasmine was very helpful in finding the best prices in travel cost, a cheap hotel on the way home, the best travel dates and the overall best value for money. Couldn’t recommend Hays travel enough, very helpful staff and satisfied with our service!

Thank you so much Jack for your help in booking my trip to Florida next year. You have been the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever come across in any of the other travel agents in York. Your advice and ideas for my trip were fab and made everything so easy. In my opinion you went over and above any other service I've ever received and I won't ever go anywhere else ever again. I've already recommended you to friends and family. If anyone out there is needing help with a trip to Disney etc Jack is your man. Jasmine could not of been more helpful. where as other travel agents (Tui in York and Thomas Cook monks cross) I felt I was putting them out by asking to book a holiday...!
