Can't fault the experience we had with Hays, especially the lovely Lindsey in Wigan. Sorted our Indian triangle tour and Goa holiday out perfectly. Ruby wedding treat. Lindsey was
On it from the start, and even though vista, and Indigo where involved she scrutinised and noticed differences, and sorted them before we knew anything was amiss.
Going forward the Hays staff , particularly Aman Gupta, in Delhi, along with the driver Mahesh, and the tour guides for Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, were all top notch.

We went, looking for a holiday without any positive idea about where we wanted to go. Lisa was very patient. Spending a long time offering various alternatives. We left, satisfied that she had found us a suitable holiday. The following week she checked us in for our flight and printed our boarding passes. Great service.

Booked our recent summer holiday with Hays Travel. They were great. Found us a lovely all inclusive holiday in Menorca at a very reasonable price. They took all the stress out of the experience helping with all our enquiries. Will definitely be booking our next holiday with Hays.

Called in for currency after seeing a rate in the window. Pleasant lady, but, no paperwork/receipt issued & it was only when I got home that I realised the amount I paid didn't reflect the rare in the window ?. Had I got a receipt, I'd have seen that they obviously charge commission, something that my usual two places I buy currency from don't. I won't be returning.

This review is for the store which used to be Thomas Cook near Barclays bank.

The staff are unbelievably helpful. We are due to go to Lanzarote on the 20th August and with all this COVID19 stuff and the 2 weeks quarantine we decided to swap for Kos,Greece instead. And nothing was to much trouble. Lauren and Sarah are a credit to that shop and did the best to help us as did all the other staff (couldn't see names on badges) they have made mine and my partner's day today by sorting this out for us and even managed to get us abit of money back aswel which is always a bonus. Will definitely be using this store every time we book a holiday.

Fantastic meal we try and go once a week always great food and service I'd like to say Olivia was so attentive looking after us, would be nice if the staff had name badges but all the staff are friendly and helpful. Tom&Trish.
