After experiencing a nightmare with another travel company cancelling then trying to charge a lot more to rebook, Stephanie at Hays Weston branch stepped in and took care of my booking. I not only got a better deal with better accommodation and better flight times but it was so easy, she did all the hard work and research for me and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will use for all our future trips from now on. Thanks so much.

This was a phone call to Hays about a holiday for early Jan 2023 and have looked online but I wanted more info so I called Hays Travel and I spoke for about 5 mins,to them and within 24 hours I was given by text and email everything I ever wanted to know about the 2 choices we made . The downside is they both look so good we can't decide between the two but now we have time to stop and think and consider all the info and will then go to the shop in Feb to book. Its a thumbs up from me 🙂

Went to book a holiday and spoke with Olivia who was fantastic, she was so helpful and gave a friendly service, other members of staff were very helpful as well assisting us to find the holiday that we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and we felt valued and our choices really understood, can't thank Hays travel team enough,and we will definitely be booking with Olivia again, fantastic.
