I found a holiday with Jet2 on line but still went to Hays in Westhoughton to book it through them. Hollie pointed out something I had missed and booked it all for me and it ended up cheaper than if I had done it myself. I will continue to use them. Very helpful and friendly team

They initially helped us amend a holiday a few weeks back and today we went through an ordeal with rejection from a flight... they went above and beyond to sort us out with a rebooking.
