Use another travel agent when looking for a holiday. Used them to book a once in a lifetime multi centre holiday only to find out they where ripping me off to the tune of £600pp on a 2 person holiday after I had put my deposit down on it. I've now lost my deposit but I'm still better off not using them to complete the booking.

I went into the Troon branch on the 18/07/2024 and booked a holiday with Beth who was from the Greenock branch covering for staff and she was absolutely fantastic with helping me find a holiday. She was very thorough, professional and super accommodating to what I wanted and where I wanted to go. If you’re going to book a holiday, please book with Beth. I’ve had had such a fantastic experience with her and will definitely be back!✨🕺🏼xxx

Messaged for a price and to see what availability for September was on 24th July got a reply quite quickly asking for further info which I provided then nothing for 2 weeks when I messaged again i was told Nicola was on holiday until Tuesday 🤷‍♀️ and she would get back to me then! Still waiting and have booked with Barrhead Travel which took around 5 hours last Saturday afternoon
Won't be bothering trying again for my next holiday in November
As they are really are not interested!

We went in and asked for a trip to be priced, said no rush but meant didn't need that day. Both ladies were chatty and seemed interested but I never heard anything back until 8 days later. I worked in sales for years and would not chase for a price. I had booked the holiday only the day before that giving them a chance but too late
