Appalling customer service. I would not recommend this branch of Hays Travel. We booked a holiday and the branch manager booked completely the wrong destination, and then denied everything. We asked for a quiet resort on the island of Majorca, and she sent us to a version of Magaluf. It was horrendous. The young people who were partying all night were having a fantastic time, which is great for them, but when you specifically ask for a quiet resort, it's not the place you want to be. We went to a so called 'travel expert' as we didn't want to have to spend hours on the Internet, but I'm confident that I could have done a much better job, and it would have probably been half the price. Be very careful if you use them, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
