Thee BEST travel agent, certainly in our area. Staff are welcoming and polite along with their travel knowledge makes visiting this branch a great experience.
Sara has looked after us now for 3 years and has arranged 3 long haul Holidays, all which went smoothly. You pay a little extra, but have the reassurance of having Hays behind you if something goes wrong, like it did for us March 2020, when covid hit.
We were deep in the Borneo Jungle, with countries fast closing down. Hays got us flights, and indeed the last flight out of Abu Dhabi back to UK. Try organising that yourself, with the weakest Mobile signal in the world.
2 phone calls later we had our journey home to a UK lockdown, from a Borneo Jungle.
High recommended. And we will book 2024 holiday with them.
