I went into hays travel needing advice on visa and entry requirements to go to the United States. The staff were so welcoming and sat us down straight away. We were helped by Sophie she was absolutely amazing 10/10 customer service she did tell us she wasn’t visa trained but still gave us all the information we needed. She gave us a couple of different hotels and prices and went through different flights etc she was so thorough and amazing. Thank you so much Sophie for the help you provided us!

What a great service from Emily, Ben & Sandra. We had a smooth, hassle free flight. Holiday in Paris was beautiful and amazing. It was our first holiday abroad but will definitely be using Hays in the future.

Went in and met Sophie and booked our holiday which we are on currently. Sophie was brilliant. She even got everything ready and wrote our luggage tags. The price I got was the same as on line but I got a 5 star customer experience. Thank you Hays and Sophie. I’ll not be booking with anyone else in the future. There are family’s here that booked the same dates etc and paid up to £1000 more!!! All the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly too. *

We popped in after see about a holiday advertised outside. I would like to say the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that served us. She took time to explain various things as we have not been away since before the pandemic and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am pleased to say we have booked a holiday.

Always been disappointed with food and service when I've visited in the past. 1st time at the Sunday carvery which was very nice. Had to wait ages to be served at the bar for drinks and dessert.

Really poor service. Booked it. Made a mistake then they did rectify it. Then I added upgraded flights. They then sent a further invoice without the gesture for their mistake.

No personal service I got a text message saying payment due. Then one saying over due and lack of response to enquiry. Stay away!

When asked for refund they stated the money was with p and o and it was their money. Spoke with p and o they deny this.
