Yet another successful visit. All staff busy when we arrived but we our arrival was acknowledged. When it was our turn an extra chair positioned for me to elevate my foot after surgery. Loving the care We showed Emily the holiday we wanted, she was able to get a good deal and a further discount for us because she remembered we'd cruised before with this particular company. Another holiday booked with reassurance. Thank you, Emily.

Friendly staff but was given a quote which was higher than online. I went to another agent and was offered the exact same holiday £200 cheaper! I’d advise to definitely shop around!

So I visited Hay's Travel to exchange a $100 today. The woman said there was no fee. I would have understood if there was one. At any rate, I just returned home to see that $100 should habe been $79.20 today. Meanwhile, I received well under even $70.

The currency rate causes a great loss on every purchase every single day but harder to swallow when businesses play games on top of it, especially in such a nice town. Sinful.

The Staff at Hays travel couldnt be more helpful. We have booked a few holidays with this company and I cant fault them. Always willing to help chose your perfect holiday, and patient vwhen you keep changing your mind. Would definitely recommend. Takes the stress out of booking it yourself .

Needed to cancel holiday due to serious illness! First phone call to ask advice as to how to proceed ended in an inefficient young lady not really knowing what she was talking about. One email ignored as very busy - after call to office today by my son in law. Finally sorted - just email - no apology. Take your money but if there's a problem - not wanting to know

Very good so far. First time we've used them. They have some great deals on offer. Only negative is they don't answer the phone. Takes 4 to 5 attempts but thats coz they're busy I'm sure. A voice message facility would be an improvement.
