Very polite and patient. Found us a perfect holiday. We found a cheap holiday for self catering 6 days. The lady called Lorna kept searching and found us a holiday for 7 days all inclusive for the same price. Parking is opposite and easy access for wheelchairs. Will definitely go again.

Booked 2 holidays this week for next year with Hays Shipley and couldn't feel more confident in my bookings! It was the easiest booking process I've experienced and the staff were more than happy to price up alternative dates/durations etc and made me feel so at ease. I've recommended them to everyone I've told about my holiday and will continue doing so! Amazing deals too! Will no doubt be booking through Hays again, couldn't be happier - thank you guys!

Great customer service. Thank you girls. Lindsey is a very helpful young lady. Thank you all very much. I have been in a few times for euros. Susan is very helpful as are all the staff. I'm still waiting for my coffee Susan !!!!

Staff seem very helpful at the time but only want a sale mis sold us a holiday and got nowhere when we reported it. However the jet 2 staff in lanzarote were great

All the staff here are really nice and friendly and they always help sort out your problems and answer any questions that you may have and the staff always make you welcome and feel at ease and i would recommend to use here if you want to book a holiday.

We had two holidays last year booked by hays travel and the staff are so good and very helpful both me and paul are disabled and thy booked assistance for us at the airport can’t fault jet 2 thy where fantastic nothing was to much for them to help us get to the plane so the other day we went down to booked for Christmas next year in Benidorm and thy even but everything in place but what a surprise paul decided to booked a surprise for my birthday in May we are off to Majorca for ten days .a massive thank you to Hayes travel and jet 2 and all the staff at Leeds Bradford airport for all the care and attention thy give us nothing to much for them.
