The girls in Hays go over and beyond to get that perfect holiday for you. I myself am.in a wheelchair 24/7 Kassandra works tirelessly finding the right hotel, flights and transfers. Nothing is too much.

Elaine is the most patient, friendly + helpful person. She is an absolute asset to hays travel team at shildon...we have booked up with hays travel for well over 20+ years and elaine has sorted each and every holiday out for us over all these years xx we always go to her xx she is a star!!
