Terrible service. We booked our family holiday last year, and ended up being miss sold a package holiday.

However only through our own research did we find out the hotel they booked us in has no air con, having a disabled son and pregnant myself this would be the most important must have being in a hot country!

When we called to express our concerns and the need to correct this error, they were very unhelpful, the manager was terrible and so rude, blaming my husband for the error and telling us he should of known! We had to call easyJet, and the hotel ourselves to sort the problem out which they could of done at the start when we booked!

Please don’t use this company to book your holiday! Thousands of pounds wasted, two little boys very upset! They ruined our family holiday! Terrible staff, terrible company!
