My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to New York (very lucky) and hays travel have ruined our flight there and back. We told them we wanted to sit on the seats of 2 down the sides as I am a nervous flyer and have often become travel sick on flights, we were told we could not book our seats until 6-8 weeks in advance. My boyfriend then checked 2 weeks ago whether this was true and the woman said she would ring him back, he is still waiting for this call. He then went in store today to be told all the side seats are fully booked and we can only be sat in a seat of 4 even though we were told we could not book the seats this far in advance, he paid the holiday off in September. We are extremely disappointed about this.

Just been on the Internet for nearly 3 hours trying to make sense of Covid testing arrangements for travel to Portugal. I then rang and spoke to Polly, at the Seaham branch of Hays, who clarified the chaotic tangle of requirements rapidly, clearly and concisely. What a star! Many thanks indeed!

absolute shocking price from hays for 1 week parking at newcastle airport in october was £29 in may but now £50 , think i will book with purple parking only £43
