Cannot fault the service here. Used the fishergate branch previous and got extremely poor service. This branch was taken over by hay's shortly after Thomas Cook went bust and yes we had been stung. Dan Sophie and team are fantastic. Go above and beyond just back from a lady minute holiday to Turkey that was price matched. We got great seats on the plane and assistance at Manchester airport sadly tui let us down on return. I 100% recommend hays Preston

My husband and I booked our trip with Book in Style, Preston in August 2019 departing for Florida on 18 May this year. Had I reviewed then I would have given them 5 stars for the excellent service. But because of COVID-19 I started emailing on 23 April, assuming we couldn’t travel, and I had a response saying they were waiting till 1 May for more Government information and that they were working through bookings in date order. Since then we have tried ringing (unable to leave a message and told to email) and sent numerous emails but have got no response at all regarding our options. I WOULD have recommended them back in August - but not now. I do appreciate that staff have been furloughed but I was under the impression someone was checking emails and letting people know their options. Now I just want my refund!

Booked with book in style for my honeymoon in mexico. Top class service especially the manager scott very helpful and went above and beyond to help as I had booked with thomas cook. And was panicking he sorted everything out for us. And put my mind at rest would highly recommend this travel agent enough.

I have had my holiday cancelled but Book in style haven’t informed me of this I found out from a 3rd party. They will not take calls and will not respond to emails. I know that this is difficult time. But they are a joke. Will not book with them again
