After our flight was cancelled by easyjet on the day we were meant to fly, my family and I were at a loss. We rang Hays, who we’d booked our holiday package with, to try and find a solution. Mandy spent hours trying to find us a suitable holiday transfer, and the entire time she was sympathetic, kind, and helpful, and managed to find us a transfer, all completed over the phone. Every other member of staff we spoke to were just as lovely, but Mandy went above and beyond! Absolutely cannot fault any of the staff at Hays, so thankyou all so much!

We booked cruise tickets through hays travel in Fisher Gate preston and in the boarding pass hays Agent Mia has uploaded my last name wrongly when we called to update my name correctly she said she will try to update it with P and O cruises and after 30 minutes she called us and told us she can't help and we need to wait for the manager who is on leave for 2 days to speak with her. And she asked us not to onboard cruise and when I asked Mia that I need to speak to someone else rather than her she passed call to her colleague lynsey who is so arrogant blaming us rather than solving the issue though they did mistake by uploading his name wrongly. But we went to southampton cruise port and checked in... But the Hays agent Mia and lynsey asked us to not to onboard such a shame on them to make customers panic by the wrong information. Hope hays will train them properly to make sure they have sufficient knowledge on the subject they are working with.

The ‘window deals’ popped up on my Facebook for Tunisia and I commented about the deal, Michelle replied right away and insisted I rang the branch. Abbie answered and was lovely, super helpful and made me feel very at ease when booking my holiday. I didn’t feel a burden at all and she gave me all the time I needed, went through everything in grate detail. I’ve come away happy and very excited. One of the agents here, Lyndsay (sorry if i spelt it wrong) is an appsolute legend. We thought one of our activities got cancelled because of us not sending our details to the company but Lyndsay went out of her way to work over time to contact the man and to get him to call us. Shes an appsolute star. Will definatly book our next holiday with her. We know we will get looked after with her. She deserves a pay rise!

I needed to help my teenage daughter book a couple of days in Amsterdam. She'd spent weeks trawling the net and speaking with faceless call centre operatives. I popped into Hays on the off chance really and was incredibly lucky to come across Evie. Gave her the basic details, came back two hours later with my daughter and hey presto. All done, no mither, ATOL and ABTA protected. Lots of Dad points accumulated....... And, oh, Evie was really wonderful to deal with and a credit to the company.

Michelle is a lovely welcome, the shop is huge. Could do with a greeter, as simple questions could be answered, rather than waiting and waiting.
