Asked for more detail of a holiday that was posted in the shop window. Emailed in and explained I did not the time to give them a call but wanted to know the full price ect. - they refused to give me anymore information about the holiday other than it was £300 a month and said they require a phone call for any enquiries... disappointed.

Me and my partner booked our holiday through Shai. She was amazing, listened exactly to what we wanted and found the perfect holiday! We were sure we weren’t going to buy the holiday straight away and take time to think about it before we committed, but Shai found us an amazing deal with a great hotel so we bought straight away! She recommended the hotel based on what we wanted and it was perfect. She’s really knowledgeable of places to visit and gave us tips about the area. Thanks Shai, you were amazing!

Not been on the holiday that we booked last week with this agent so will review that once we have actually been on the hotel that we are going to in Lanzarote later this year, but this travel agent needed a 5 star review ASAP.

Small local agent in Pontypridd we visited hoping not to have to wait hours for a sit down slot. We were sat with an agent within about 10 mins despite a very steady flow of customers and 2 agents.

Rod, who served us, started the search. He listened to our requirements and had the knowledge of areas around Europe and specific hotels that my hubby described as an encyclopedia brain of holidays to suit. Working to a budget Rod said he would work on our requirements over his weekend. He personalised the service by taking my mobile number and after emailing several options, all as per our specification, nailed everything we had asked for and holiday was booked. Really convenient and didn't need to sit for hours in the shop. Rod was fab, second to none service and whilst I am sure the holiday will be fabulous the service we received deserved a 5 before we even go away. Highly recommend and they have most definitely secured a return customer 👌 👏 👍

This company are an absolute joke !! Had a trip to puerto rico gran canaria with them last October, absolutely shocking, a building site directly in front of the apartment- the work started at 7am every morning, self catering accommodation without a kettle or air conditioning- this cost €180 for a week 😳 we had to pay a €100 deposit on arrival- we weren't informed of this, we had no compensation and a pathetic apology by email, had flights cancelled by vueling on the 29th December- we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned- I now wouldn't book a day trip to porthcawl with this company , avoid at all costs

Had a eventful holiday in Egypt missed the flight fom bristol so had to fly from Gatwick 2 days later but Rod sorted it all out for us so thankfully Rod and his team made it happen cheers guys and see you in 2022
