Holly went above and beyond with myself and my wife. We only bobbed in to inquire about reserved seats on a flight.

As we were getting ready to leave, my wife asked if Holly had any advice on a trip to Japan, and Holly got straight to work! We literally had no idea what we were booking or what we were wanting to go see, but Holly was more than happy to take on everything, jotting down what little info we did have in a notepad and offering to get in touch later once she'd done her research.

Holly got in touch with an update the same day confirming she had found a supplier who can accommodate us and we have arranged to speak again once the flights are up around November.

Thank you so much Holly, you've gone above and beyond and we promise to do some of our own research on what we want to do before we speak again 🤣.

Big shout out to Mia, we went in with 3 places which we were adamant we wanted to go.. after nearly 3 hours and a lot of mia's patiences we went away with brochures, although we didn't end up booking as we are indiscisive!! We were very hapoy with the service received. She is such an asset to your company.

Disappointed with how i was made ro feel as i was a few days overdue with my payment even though i had arranged the payment over the phone. Walked in payed my money and it made me feel like i was paying a household bill not a holiday.

I booked to go to Alton Towers for 2 days in May, it was for Sept, 2 weeks before I hadn't heard anything and I went into the Pontefract branch and I asked and I was told I was still going and not to worry! Then a week later, I found out my holiday had been cancelled and I had 3 alternate choices which were Harry Potter, lego land and Cadburys world and safari Park! When rebooking my trip I was told I'd be getting a refund of £30, I chose the cadburys World and safari, even though I didn't enjoy it I tried my bestto enjoy! After being sent a text to go to hayes website and click the link and in put my bank details, which I wasn't prepared to do, I also received another message to ring them and tell my personal details and my address and bank account number so they could do a bank transfer, which I also wasn't prepared to do, why should I go to all that trouble and effort when it was their mistake, they should be making all the effort to please me, isn't that what customer service is all about, I've waited 3 and half months for my refund. So if you want to book a holiday and it doesn't happen, and you don't get your refund, go to Hayes, they won't getting money again!

It lovely at Skegness everything you need to buy and the Crown Hotel that we are staying in is a Lovely Hotel and the Breakfast is A1 as much as you want to Eat. The Bedrooms are Lovely and there's plenty of room in them and the Evening menu in the Bar is Everything you would want to Eat and the Food is Extremely Good
