Very helpful and friendly staff. I was at my wits end in Brisbane airport realising I'd missed my flight home by 24 hours!!! Spoke to Gary on the phone at 9am (gb time) who was amazing. He managed to reschedule my flight and kept me calm and focused throughout. Thank you ?
