If you like being ripped off, then look no further than Hay’s travel Oldbury! Need some currency quick on a Sunday. Went to the store direct, when asked if this the best rate they could do, we were told only if I spent £750, this is far from the truth. Will never use Hay’s again for Holidays and especially not currency!

Staff are fantastic and so helpful! They helped us set up all our excursions for when we went to Iceland and even helped us with some last minute changes to our schedule as well, couldn't knock the service at all! 😊

Went here to collect our tickets for our holiday thought we would come out in a high yay tickets for holiday but no we came out feeling really flat were told that if we took our passports with us they would check us in but no they couldn’t do that there may be a problem with our hotel but that was never mentioned won’t book here again
