Hayes are a very trustworthy and helpful travel agent who can sort family out to finally make their minds up where they go. We went to Ridley Place N/cle - thanks Jordan, you did a great job! Staff go above and beyond, I had to move car off yellow lines and drive around the block when I got back to the shop staff member came out with my travel money in case a parking warden came back! Well done Hays Travel Newcastle

They have good interpersonal skills but I found better deals myself which tells me they are tied in with certain providers which I wasn't convinced an independent travel agent should be.

The staff here were lovely and fruendly
It was clean and tidy also.
Sharnie was very helpful polite and friendly. I wasn't in long as with Sharnie help I soon found what I was looking for.
Hays is at the top end of Northumberland Street, near hats metro station, it is also near monument and St James metro just a little walk from both. It is also not far from good local bus service.
I have already recommended to family and friends.
Would I come here again when I'm looking for holidays, yes I would as I quickly found what I was looking for thanx to the helpful staff, happy customer.
I have used Northshields before and found them just as helpful thanx hays travel ? x

Me my freinds went to Scarborough had great time until coach was 5hours late get us back we missed out on my mams 90th birthday party and lynn had get back to look after her dad not hapoy at all now be told we all gettin 3p0und pound voucher yet other agents giving out 50pound vouchers was hoping get free weekend away as our whole hoilday Wass spoilt

We have booked a family holiday for August, all with the help of Sara. From walking into the Newcastle branch and sitting down Sara knew what we wanted and did her upmost best to fulfil our wishes.
