I booked a holiday with Hays last year, Becca was great to deal with. She was so helpful and informative.
Recently, I have had issues with my bank which resulted in them cancelling my direct debit without me knowing.
I contacted Becca straight away who had it all sorted within 10 minutes.
She always goes above and beyond.

We book 2 holidays, one to Poland and one to Kos. The hotel is Poland was a nightmare. The room was damp, had a 4 way tram system outside our window. Fire alarms kept going off and you would have to go and stand on the street. Hays did go out there way to get us a part refund, this did not cover the cost of the new hotel or travel. As a result we have cancelled our other holiday. We are new to the travelling game and we relied on Hays to keep us in a good place.
