The staff were excellent I dealt with a lady called Elaine, she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about travelling, she spent a lot of time and did a lot of research to ensure that all of our holiday requirements were met and also come up with some good points that we hadn't even considered, all of this whilst also ensuring that we got the best possible price, customer service at it's very best ?

What an amazing bunch of agents!! I have been using Hays keighley now for a few years, never disappoint, finding the best rates, all sales with 100% honesty and guided well in terms of insurance etc too. Now during this pandemic their level of communication has amazed me! So professional in keeping is well informed and handled so very well! We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday to Turkey and received our refund quickly again with further communication continued whilst we waited a surprisingly short amount of time considering current circumstances! We will definitely be heading back to Hays Keighley to book our next holiday once we feel safe to travel again! Thank you to the team, you're all amazing!! ?

Very friendly service from Elaine in Keighley branch. She found us exactly what we wanted and the rooms we wanted at same price as doing it ourselves on internet.
