We visited with my sister in law to book her first holiday abroad. We were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble for the young lady helping us. She spent almost three hours going through everything.

Would never book a holiday at the ilkeston store again. After booking a holiday and going to pay the remaining balace stated on our paperwork that was given to us to arrive at the store and be told it had been worked out wrong so now we owed nearly double of what we thought. We would not have booked this holiday at that price. Was told either pay it or cancel it and lose deposits through no fault of our own. Even showing paperwork we was given. Absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to pay to now be left with no spending money for activities.
