Hays in Highcliffe gave a friendly, efficient and personable service. Booking our cruise was straight forward and matched online prices.

I have booked many a holiday with this branch. Unfortunately, however last May I booked to go to Bali in June of this year thinking Covid may be over then. As we know it isn't. As I won't be in line to have my vaccine until July I feel ineasy to travel. However they won't allow me to cancel the trip which is very unfair. You find out how a business operates in tough times, sadly Hays customer service has fallen extremely short of any expected standards.

Molto gentili e cordiali. L'unico problema è che se si hanno problemi durante la vacanza appoggiandosi su altre agenzie non si può risolvere nulla... Ma tutto sommato basta cercare di non avere problemi in vacanza... Nessuno li vuole ahahaha
