Always helpful, lovely staff at Hays travel but I had difficulty with the Corona virus tests on my return to Gatwick airport as my flight was delayed by 2 hrs & the centre was closed!! I had already paid for the test before departure! Now I had to pay another £100 for a test at Best Western hotel near Gatwick which I had to return near the airport!! I'll need to claim my wasted money!!

I booked some Lira from this company , they called to say it was in, I drove 40 miles round trip to be told its not all there!!! What was the point of calling a customer and not checking, Appalling waste of my time, I appreciate mistakes happen but at whos cost? MINE!!! shocking service
