My wife and I decided to book a holiday cruise with Hays travel hamilton,we were politely attended and assisted by customer sevces Amanda I can truly say that the both of us were put at ease with Amanda's very friendly attitude, Amanda covered all aspects of our holiday, regarding availability discounts,all paperwork we would need, yes i would honestly say that Amanda covered all of the information we would require to enjoy our holiday,
We both didnt feel any pressure to accept the holiday from Amanda, which was brilliant.
