Hays is a great place to sort your holiday needs.

They booked a trip to Krakow, Poland for me and 8 others with no fuss, kept us nicely up to date with where to go and picked brilliant accommodation based on what we were looking for.

They even printed and sorted our travel documents for us for an all in all pain free experience.

Definitely worth a visit when you're planning your next holiday

Completely tried to con me, I called up to enquire what the lira rate was for that day. They quoted 6.5 great so ordered £600 over the phone and went straight to collect it. When I'd got to the shop the money was in an envelope already I left the shop got back to the car and read the paper they had put in. Turned out they had given me a rate of 6.3 and left me out of pocket buy £18. I immediately called them back up for them to say oh sorry didn't realize you had already got a quote so basically they thought they could get away with ripping me off. They try to advertise they have the best rates in town but I'd advise everyone to check it's the actual rate you are getting quotes not just some rate the puts extra hard earned money in to comission greedy staffs pockets. Also the rate was on the the door that day also stating it was 6.5 so how many other people believed they were getting that and haven't checked.

The first visit the male member of staff very pleasant and helpful on the return visit a female member of staff was not up to standard
