Stacey has booked two holidays for me and has been looking into further deals. She is very patient (it takes me a while to decide!) and knows which criteria I use when selecting this kind of holiday. She and the other staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Stacey is always friendly and welcoming. I know I can rely on her to come up with a few appealing options and to make sure I’m aware of all aspects (flight times, board basis options, sea view/balcony etc). I booked my honeymoon through this branch. I've had a few hiccups with my Fiancees passport not arriving and had to make a few amendments. From the start all staff have been friendly and professional. Particularly Sam who has went above and beyond and turned a stressy situation into an easy process. what a TERRIBLE travel agent!! They spelt me and my family’s name WRONG even though they were copying it off of our PASSPORTS. We weren’t even able to check in to our flight!! DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT!!!
