Went to book flights for Bolivia which are quite tricky to sort out. Kenny was absolutely fantastic trying to help us find dates that didn't break the bank!!
He went above and beyond making sure we had everything sorted. I would thoroughly recommend Hays travel and Kenny and will definitely be back to book our future holidays.

Kenny in Glenrothes was superb. So helpful and so professional. We could not have asked for better service. Sadly we could not travel due to illness and even then Kenny and the team were tremendously helpful in dealing with our Insurance claim. 10/10 and would go anywhere else.

Best travel agent in the world, went in for holiday money and ended up booking a cruise !!!...They team in here give you a genuine excitement about going on holiday. So helpful and make sure every base is covered with no hard sell..brilliant keep up the good work 👍🏻

If I could give no stars I would went into glenrothes store for advice on my holiday I booked through them agent was not happy to even speak to me no smiling when asking for advice she just said no idea can't help! Where has customer service with a smile went
