The staff are friendly enough, like most people out to make a living, but they haven’t the edge to provide an extensive choice of holidays like other high street operators.
Now let’s move onto another bug. I thought, well they have tried yet I ended up going elsewhere and soon found what I wanted from Expedia so I thought the least I can do is buy some currency from them as a gesture for their effort.
Big mistake. They want a deposit then do not give a price on the currency once you have paid 25% of order. A few days later I got the cash, but worked out it had cost me in the region of 7% above other currency providers: ie Number 1 currency to collect in store.
A lesson to be learnt here. Walk past this shop to save money and look elsewhere if you want an holiday and value.

Only interested in taking your money , zero customer care . Unbelievable. No break down costs of holiday given , transfers were very poorly organised. Trip timetable was very badly organised. Knowledge of Thailand was poor. Stated all transfers were included , later revoked this statement. The schedule was unacceptable. I would have got a better planned timetable from the greengrocers on Main Street .
