I had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel agency during my recent booking. Despite explicitly communicating my needs, the arrangements made were completely inadequate. Additionally, the unprofessional attitude displayed by the manager, Rick, during my attempt to resolve the issue was completely unacceptable. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I would strongly advise against using their services.
