Went in today (5/2/25) to book all inclusive holiday that I have researched as my wife is a wheelchair user so I knew this hotel had what she needed. Female member of staff was fine to start with then brought up the reviews which I knew about. I told her about a quote we received from another company which she scoffed at made faces and rolled her eyes at us. Very unprofessional and quite frankly very rude. Have used hayes for a number of years now but you can be rest assured I won’t be back after this

Great customer service went in to get some Malaysian ringitt so I can have some spending money while I’m visiting my uncles cousins daughters cousins uncle in Malaysia and got by far the best rate I’ve had so far Rachel was a great help

Hays sold us a holiday to salou 03-10-2024 until 10-10-2024 …. Threw easy jet holidays worst holiday ever to the villamarina club don’t take it from them please hotel stinks off sewage staff transfer from Barcelona is beyond me …. Kids are covered in bites hotel needs a total shut down or make over as long as they get the money they don’t care

Over the last 2 years I have been a pain for Hays staff, adding extra people to a booking, removing people.from bookings, cancellations, changing holidays destinations. The staff have always been great with us and we've have a laugh.
Maybe different conversation between them when I've gone but still 5 star in my eyes

Just recently booked my holiday with Chloe in the Dundee branch, found me and my partner a great deal with fantastic service. We were also advised that we would be guaranteed the best rate for our euros (which we checked and it was:) ) so will definitely be back for our next trip.
