Booked holiday , £3000 a week for B&B after paying for upgrade of double roomed suite

Got to the hotel and room we were sold wasn’t available, just single room studio.

Hays deny all knowledge of selling me “ that room” and are happy that their representative shown me another room, which was the studio room and I agreed.

Blatantly miss sold and then lying to deny any responsibility. Disgusting behaviour

Regular Facebook follower, saw an offer they put on and messaged them for a price. Message ignored. Tagged all followers again today, and I put an honest comment on posing why they tagged us as they don't answer messages, and I was blocked off their page. Highly unprofessional, playground games, please grow up, bad decisions - truth hurts.
Bad customer service

Following the response from the manager.-

Blocking someone from a site making a factual comment is extremely unprofessional - but my comment was unnecessary no it was the truth. If you had an issue with what I wrote ( which wasn't offensive, by the way), then you should correct that error, not block me from a site. If some constructive criticism can't be taken, then maybe you need to reevaluate your customer service skills/go back to basics.

What I received back from my message was an automated message on Messenger. As this is a messaging service, you can easily chat on there, especially when people work full time and can't take personal calls. There's no reason for it just to be ignored.

We certainly won't be using you again. What an absolutely awful response/action to take.

Normally book online with Jet 2 but decided to pop in and book a short break and chose Cyprus.

Staff are really nice and it's good to deal with a real caring Human will book with them again.

We called half an hour before arriving to let them know what we were looking for.
The staff were very welcoming and even let my dog in the shop they had found a few flights for us, all flights booked and in and out in half a hour. excellent service

Went to hays travel looking for flights for family in summer. They gave me a quote which I think is expensive but the staff said if I find a cheaper option, they'll match or give cheaper price. I indeed found cheaper flights and when I phoned back hays travel they said they can't match it. Not up to their slogan. Won't enquire or come back again. Not recommended ?.
