Hi just wont to say thank you so much to hays travel crossgates leeds. Especially joanne she has helped us all the way threw from holiday being cancelled and helped to get our refund so quick. Rang for a price on a holiday was already to book if the right place and price came up but no one rang me back so later that night I rang jet2 holiday and booked, I then rang hays 5 days later and said you still haven't rang me back about the holiday I enquired about
