Excellent friendly service as usual. Sue, the manageress couldn't be more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You almost feel as if your sitting in your home, rather than visiting a travel agents. Highly recommended at every level.

Used this company before to book and go on a cruise to the Caribbean. We initially stated we wanted a port side cabin which we were assured we would get. When the cabin allocation came through, guess what, wrong side but after an initial heated conversation with the manager at the time, we were assured that we would NOT have been told we would get the port side. Minor muck up on their part but was eventually sorted out.

So after an initial minor error we decided to book another cruise for October/November.

Went in to the shop and was dealt with by a nice young lady who apparently was on loan from another branch.

Went through all the requests etc for what we required, got the prices, went back the next day to pay the deposit. It was just as well we checked with another member of staff to ensure all that was offered the day before was correct. It would appear that what had been offered was not commensurate with the price and the blame was laid right at the door of the young lady who we dealt with previously.

Basically after the muck up with the Caribbean Cruise and now this, we really couldn't trust this lot to deal with any of our future Holidays again.

SORRY PEOPLE BUT YOU MISSED THE BOAT ON THIS ONE AND UPSET THE MRS TO BOOT

Always go to Hayes Travel to book holidays they always try to find the best deals which are affordable. Me and my boyfriend have booked our holidays to Majorca and Salou and we went straight back to book our summer holiday for next year to Tenerife! Staff are very friendly and have plenty of experience so they can even tell you what a place is like as a lot of the staff have visited a lot of the destinations! There are lots to choose from whether it's a cheap city break or a nice 2 week break. And they always have an excellent currency exchange rate! Will always highly recommend!
