Top marks for this travel agent and Jet2 holidays! Twice we booked our holiday and unfortunately twice we had to cancel, on both occasions getting our refund was no fuss or bother whatsoever. I found the staff at Bulwell branch very professional and helpful they really know their stuff especially when it comes to booking a holiday that’s a little more complex than usual, they make the whole experience of booking a holiday a whole lot easier will definitely use them again in the future.

Getting currency at Bulwell I wasn’t given a print out ! The rate was 1.5 I was given 315 euros for £300 !!!!
I only noticed when I got home the print out is usually in the money packet. Suspicious!
