Once again Hays has nailed it for us.
We thought we had found great prices on line; But Hays bettered it!
Also, the booking was a bit complicated, we wanted two separate couples to overlap, and it was easier having Hays Travel doing it for us.

Due to a close family death one of our party has to attend a funeral on the date of travel.
We asked Hays Broughty Ferry if they could change the day for this person from the Thursday flight to the Friday flight. They were so unhelpful and said this would not be possible as we had booked a package holiday. From past experience with other travel agencies this would have been dealt with without any issues. Unfortunately the staff in this shop just couldn't be bothered and wouldn't even contact Jet 2 to see what our options were.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
