My partner and I decided to book our first abroad holiday together (long time coming!) and went to see the lovely ladies in Hays Travel to help us through the process. We were greeted by Lorna who made the process exceptionally easy, giving us all of the information and putting us at ease throughout. We were beyond clueless going in, given our inexperience, and came out with a booked holiday and everything we needed to do between now and the date of travel. I couldn’t have asked for better service from Lorna, who was personable, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout, and went the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable and informed as possible. She listened to all of our holiday needs and requirements and found us a great deal for our trip. 10/10 for service, two very happy customers, thanks again Lorna!

Can not fault the perseverance and service i received here and honestly cant thank you enough! Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish dealing with my issue (that was through no fault of the company) she was in constant contact with me and worked so hard to get me the best possible outcome for which I am truly grateful.

Couldn't be bothered attitude of the rep in branch. No explanation why my last discount had been taken off last holiday that was cancelled. Overall very DISSATISFIED won't book with hays again. Especially after the custom my family have given them..

Hays store in blackwood has always been a fantastic travel agent I have used them over the past 4 years and have never had any problems ,the staff are friendly and helpful truly a fantastic group of ladies that work there,I feel safe in the knowledge that my holidays are booked and run as smooth as possible,great value for money
