We have booked our last 2 family holidays with Hays Bexleyheath and would definitely return again to book our next adventure. We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences.
Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times.
She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.

Visited Hays' Travel Agent in Bexleyheath for the first time today .Teresa was excellent , very knowledgeable & friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. We felt our booking was in very safe hands. Would definitely go back.
