I personally wouldn't recommend Hays to any family or friends, which is mainly due to poor communication and a lack of drive to secure further work on my behalf. Also, I have never met anyone in person.
When I was allocated to Bethan Mansell she was in regular communication with me and would always try her best to find me work which usually paid off.
I will say all staff I speak to are polite and professional.
