Absolutely love this site! We have been 4 times in 3 years and would definitely go more often if we could.

Caravans are always great and clean with enough space for kids. Any issues maintenance are straight on it.

Range of activities is fantastic paid and free activities.

Lovely park for walks and sea wall right along the park.

Every member of staff you come across are friendly any welcoming.

Best part that will always be our main reason for returning is the fantastic entertainment team. Always engaging and great with little ones and make every activity fun and enjoyable.

We loved coming twice this year!

Thank you to Adam, Holly, Dan, Robin and Rob for making our visits so much fun this year!

Myself, my toddler and baby stayed here in September. Our location was lovely and quiet. Although cleaning wasn't up to standard it was a nice cosy caravan, bare in mind that if you have a caravan near the lake be prepared for knats to swoop in of an evening. I did email head office regarding the cleaning and I was happy with my reply. |The place was clean and tidy, the arcade is huge and all the machines were working with attendants being there at all times. The onsite shop is huge! Especially the baby/toddler variety which was nice to see on a caravan site. The playgrounds are well equipped and clean. We went into the mash and barrell on our last morning for breakfast and it was piping hot and absolutely delicious. There is a housing section in the middle of the site which i barely noticed, there were a few kids mouthing off but when told to wind their necks in they did behave after| We enjoyed it so much that we have booked here again for the end of March

Good place to bring the kids. Great entertainment and fun. Food could've be improved as there was no roast for the Sunday.
Burger King was pricey! Would suggest to eat out.
Entertainment was good!
The caravan was a basic one and wasn't cleaned prior to us checking in. So couldn't use cooking facilities

We stay at this site several times a year, never have problems. We came for my birthday when I say we I mean myself, my disabled mum and disabled son. We had a fantastic time. My son has autism and doesnā€™t like a lot of noise or busy dark places so we donā€™t use the club house but use the pool. We arrived Friday and the 2 vans behind us were having a party for one of their children. Well on the Saturday night gone 11pm we was woken up by the van behind us having an extremely loud party. The music was full blast and you could hear it from the living area. My son was woken up and once heā€™s awake he takes hours to get back to sleep without his medication. We had to call security twice as 1st time they didnā€™t even get out the car they just drove off. 2nd time they got out a was quick to deal with it. Couldnā€™t fault them at all, I was told they got called away the 1st time. Despite this little issue we had a fantastic weekend away

Holidayed here with my kids and they loved it, clean caravan with all the necessities and great service and staff very helpful. Plenty of activities to keep the kids happy, indoor heated swimming pool was Great and on-site food joints. Super happy we picked to stay here and the beach right around the corner so perfect for night walks along the beach. Plus, check out-just drop the keys in the express check out box.

I have to give this 5 stars. It has its faults but holiday was amazing. Caravan was dirty when I arrived but within 10 mins cleaners came which were not needed as my wife had already cleaned. The site is fantastic apart from the bungalows and bad lighting where they are. But I was amazed by the dog walk areas which were amazing. The club entertainment was 5 star. One of my favourite haven sites up to now.

We booked a Friday - Monday break during October half term for myself, my husband and our 4 year old son. ||We have stayed at many caravan parks before, and Haven in my opinion are usually good. Howeverā€¦ ||Upon arriving the welcome was quick and efficient and the lady was friendly. Our caravan was ready for us at midday, which was great. However as we drove to our caravan which was a gold caravan in the furthest corner of the park, we had to drive through a ā€œresidential areaā€ which was justā€¦ something else. It was an extremely run down, messy, dirty area and not an area I would want to be walking through with my young son several times a day - yet alone at night! It did not feel in any way like a Haven site. ||The caravan itself was nice enough, but had a horrible smell which remained for the 4 days despite airing out the caravan as much as possible. There were very few utensils for cooking, for example just one sharp knife. ||The main area where the club house, park, swimming pool and restaurant were needs updating and had an awful smell, like sewers (also constantly smelt of weed!). The fish and chip van was not open once in the 4 days which I was surprised about being school holidays. ||The entertainment was fine, and table service was very helpful in what was a packed club house. ||The entire area is very run down and not a place I would choose to holiday had I have known what it was like. ||I wouldnā€™t ever come bank or recommend this to anyone.

We are so disappointed with this site. We love a Haven holiday and decided to try the Haven closest to us (1 hour and a half away). ||There is a huge welfare concern for your family as the security is non existent. Locals take advantage of this and use the facilities. No play passes were ever checked. Local teenagers hung out in the outdoor play areas so we couldnā€™t use this unless early in the morning. ||Please note there is a very run down residential area right in the middle of the complex. Again barriers are up constantly and people can walk in and out. Major safety concern. ||Half the machines in the arcade were broken, granted when a machine swallowed our money after 15 minutes someone did come and give us our Ā£1 back. The rides for the younger children were all dirty. ||The evenings were very roudy, again by locals. ||We didnā€™t even try the swimming pool but it is very small and not deep at all. Something worth noting. ||The site smelt of cigerette smoke and weed. I also had teenagers throw a ball at my car and spit at it too. ||We had paid for a silver caravan and when I called the day before check in, as I was arriving as the first half of our party with a 2 year old and a newborn, I was advised parking was 10 yards away. That it was however I couldnā€™t see the caravan door so couldnā€™t securely but my children in the caravan to unpack. It took me 6 trips with holding my toddler and pushing a pram. ||We arrived Friday evening and was ready to leave by the end of Saturday but decided to stay until it was light the next day. We left Sunday morning. ||This isnā€™t a Haven site. We have been to plenty others but this one was abysmal. We will not be returning and highly advise others donā€™t either.
