Our family has been at the park for over 30 years, but recently we bought our own caravan and life on the park has been amazing! Friendly people, good entertainment staff for the kids, incredible activities run, nice dog walking experiences. Overall just a great park to own a caravan on! Highly recommended for families.

Noise at night especially after midnight with idiots and dj playing loud music after midnight then you get idiots that had had afew to many drinks. Cold statics were the wind comes threw windows and doors. And you've to bring your own sheets more luggage

We were owners on this site for 7 years, we left in December 2023 the SMT never even asked why we were leaving, the park has steady regressed during this period, the site is supposed to be owners only but if you read some of these reviews you can see renting is taking place, it is far from 5 star, the grounds management is poor, the sandpiper pub serves patchy food sometime ok sometimes poor like a poor brewers fare is a fair comparison, the management are inept and only care about collecting revenue from site fees, events and caravan sales, owners are leaving in numbers due to site fees pushing well upwards of £7K with no investment in facilities, pitches lay empty across the park with old decking and left behind, owners belonging scattered across the pitches, grass verges cut up from dragging caravans off pitches as owners leave, site fees rise well above inflation each year, recently Haven have started pushing the ‘haven let model’ where they let out your van at prime weeks to assist you in paying site fees, the owners are currently resisting but its coming, my honest advise is look elsewhere many sites nearby offer cheaper site fees for better sites, the only facilities on park are a shop with virtually nothing in at peak times, a chip shop selling frozen chips and a swimming pool which closes during non-peak times.|Haven are now owned by an investment company whose only interest is return on investment not customer services.

Played a fair few rounds of golf here at Skipsea and it certainly is a true links course with a touch of parkland.

Well kept greens, a majority of straight fairways with nice bunkers and water traps in between, it really is a good outing for most.

The few cliff top holes are a challenge. 400+ yards for two of them which today when battling a 46mph wind wasn’t ideal.

The pro shop is quaint but good for those needing a top up of equipment or a new glove for example. Handy too is the driving range just next to the car park as well as a nice 9 hole training course.

A cafe there too, I have not tried so cannot comment.

Lovely clean park . The club over Easter was clean and today . Bar team really efficient . Met the general manager Michaela who was collecting glasses and talking to lots of guests through the evening which I thought was great and a terrific asset to the park. ||Had some snacks food which was good
