Booked a saver dog friendly caravan for a long weekend. Check in was easy and organised. Great caravan was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for a budget one. It was also very clean. It's a lovely site. Had an issue with the shower door not closing but they did come and do a temporary repair the next day. Could only get to book swimming on one of the days as it was sold out. Would definitely return to the site.

Touring in our own motorhome.|Was placed at the very top of the touring field.|Weather been rough, so was very muddy, but not the sites fault.|Beautiful (although also muddy!) coastal walks to both Filey and Scarborough.|Bus stops, to both just outside main gate of site.|Can get some really good deals in their statics. Nice clean toilet blocks. Plenty of shower, loo and dish washing facilities.|Usual shop, takeaway and entertainment options too.|Well done Haven. Impressed.

Arrived for holiday Mon-Fri. Caravan very well equipped, very clean. Got gch within rooms. Wasn't too keen on entertainment bars but amusements are good for the kids. Plenty of choice for food. Will definitely be using this park again.

Lovely site, great with kids. The location is perfect and there is lots to do in the surrounding areas.
The site does look a bit ran down, especially the outside of the main building.
Caravans we have had have been lovely (we have been twice) but the cleaning isn't always great.. particularly the flooring hasn't been hoovered very well and window sills very dirty and covered in bits. Personally this is a nightmare for us with a toddler who eats anything they can get their hands on.

We just came back here from a week away. The kids had a fantastic time. One team member made it very enjoyable for the kids. They loved him that much we had to go and say bye before we left. Thank you JACK for this. They loved all the activities they did. The park has good facilities. Loads for the kids to do. Caravan was lovely too.

Lovely welcome security staff, sadly we had yet another problem with the cleanliness of the caravan and was made to feel at first it was our fault for arriving early, yet the caravan had a sticker on the door.|Our caravan had dirt/mud up walls, cupboards & floor, the toilet wasn’t clean, mould in the shower & dirty glassware.|They did send a team of lovely woman/girl to redo the problem, but sadly training on the younger was much needed unless this is Havens policy.|As we watched the girl clean the floor with some spray, then the walls, then the fridge then went onto cleaning the glassware with the same cloth & NO water or rinsing of cloth.|So we quickly told her leave it and we cleaned everything in there. Now do that in all our holidays just in case.||I used the pottery painting, which I throughly enjoyed very relaxing time.||We used the restaurant here as I know they do a wonderful chicken Cajun pasta but sadly not here.|It arrived with grated cheese on the top and when I noticed that the cheese wasn’t melting I knew not to eat the chicken as it hadn’t been cooked properly. I hate to send food back because that means either my husband will wait and his gets cold or he eats his and I am eating on my own. Anyway when the waitress came over to clear up I pointed out that the cheese was still sitting there so the dish wasn’t hot, and I got oh sorry about that and walked off. Once again proving Haven policy of not caring enough to offer a refund, money off, free pudding a drink of a voucher to return.||Come on Haven pull your socks up you can do better and be better than your doing

Nice clean roomy caravan, well appointed with plugs and USB sockets. Site was clean. Plenty to do, my girls loved disco rollerblading although we're aching the day after. Club room a little expensive for drinks but I guess that's where they make their money. Well situated so not far to coast, beaches, great little vehicle museum down the road, not too far from Scarborough, and other places to visit. Will be returning again at some point.

We had a great stay at Blue Dolphin Holiday Park. Our location was quiet in Sycamore Court.
Great views from the Hilltop part of the camp site lovely walk across, and the views were spectacular sering Scarborough in the distance to the left and Filey to the right.

Filey also lovely to visit a nice beach

We went on public transport regular bus service to both places.
