We came here for Easter Holidays, we were not disappointed. Greeted by friendly staff, good size pitches, lots of toilets and hot showers. Easy accessible to the local town of Hatfield. We had a meal at cafe on the first night the food was good quality but it was steeply priced. If I had to pick a negative it would be although the shower and toilet block had mops and buckets to clean the floors the toilets and showers were together which meant the floors were wet and dirty. This was down to other campers not the staff of the campite. We will return 🙂

Most of the staff were excellent, but some had zero respect for their manager and us as customers shouldn't have to hear them moan about it. But the course it self was amazing we had so much fun as a family and the pizzas were really nice.

Place itself is a lively one. A lot to do with the children, free climbing wall and water sports available for a separate fee.Playgrounds,skating Park across the field. Lovely. However the toilets, washing facilities of the poorest standard old, anti- sanitary with the large patches of rust, mold, moss growing on the top of the roof. Moreover, the level of noise after 10,11 p. m.is very high. Shouting, swearing, loud conversations, swearing goes well past midnight. Music is played inconsiderable loud, people get rowdy and rude. Which is probably not good for a place welcoming children. We had to come back, although paid for 3 nights, but got no refund. We were forsed to go back home, as the atmosphere is not appropriate for the venue, at the end of the day, it's not a night club or concert arena. Refund was refused, offered to re book next time? But who wants to return to that? Very disappointed.

The aqua park was really good. However 1 member of staff who was alot older than the rest had awful customer service to the point I probably will not bring my family back until she retires, can't wait for that.

A very pleasant and relaxing site with excellent amenities which is constantly being cleaned. Staff friendly and helpful whilst enforcing the rules around noise and fire pits. Activities were good value and the kids enjoyed it. UPDATE: towards the end of holiday there was a number of kids using electric scooters and an electric moto-x bike which were being ridden at speed around the site doing wheelies.

I came to the water park around a month ago for a work do, we all had THE BEST TIME so much fun although exhausting 🤣 but as we had no access to showers and i suffer with eczema, within the month of being there its never been so bad! so warning if you go and suffer with skin condition’s please make sure you have access to clean water afterwards!!

Nice place, very peaceful considering the proximity to the motorway.
Toilets are desperately in need of an update, to tent Campers this is a very important part of the camp site.
Nice woodland and foxes roaming at night so best not leave any food about.
Activities are great, but they have missed a trick by having some much space and no shop.
