Received a damaged KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Reached out, was advised to swap the products with a new one. New one was delivered opened, clearly used. Dirty and scuffed. Would advise not to make large purchases here.

Excellent experience.

Ordered some glasses which were delivered to a third party in error by the couriers which was in no way Harts fault. Harts were great in sorting out with them and also getting out a replacement set of glasses.

Great, good ol fashioned customer service.

We purchased two Stellar baking trays and thought we were buying a good quality product, as it the information, stated that they were under a "lifetime guarantee". Unfortunately within 6 months, the trays were marked and food was sticking to the surface. We complained to Harts of Stur to ask for a replacement, and they asked us to send them in for inspection. After this, they concluded that these trays were in a perfectly reasonable working condition and aren't non stick. We explained that we particularly chose Stellar baking trays, as we have used these trays in the past and were very satisfied with the quality. However, our current trays were of a far lower standard. The trays were returned with minimal conversation regarding the fault. We would not recommend this company!!!

I purchased a kettle online but accidentally ordered two. I phoned customer service and they were quick to help me by cancelling the second kettle and issuing a refund. The first kettle arrived quickly and well packed. Really pleased with their service and the kettle. Would recommend buying from this store.

Ordered a Stellar Steamer 18cm and it came fairly quick. Casserole with lid with two streamers sections. It was packaged very well. Prices were very good for all the Stellar range. With a lifetime guarantee when registered with Stellar you can't go wrong.

Visited on a whim. Lovely place to visit, but have to say, the staff, food and service in the cafe were superb. Worth the hour drive just for that!

Lovely store, nice staff but a pack of warranty dodgers! Hope you don't have an issue with anything you purchased here...
Purchased a knife set, one with discoloured metal and brittle edge but all other knives look great and work fine. 'You can just sharpen that out' after about 10 uses over about 4 months, not fit for purpose!

Appalling customer service, they also want you to wait 7 working days from when your return is received by them before they will issue a refund and then wait 3-5 working days to get the refund. Sorry but I am not waiting that long, have opener a dispute with paypal, if you are going to send damaged items and wont even try to get a replacement when falsely telling me the item is discontinued (that were your words until I checked with the manufacturer then you changed what you meant by it- which for most ppl would take what you said and believe it was discontinued) then you can refund me immediately upon the return arriving, waiting 7days is just laziness and rude, i’ve made sure to get it sent back immediately, I paid immediately but you think its fine that with business days it will take 2 weeks for me to wait on a refund which will be nearly 3 weeks since I bought the item.
Your customer service agents on the whatsapp number are so unbelievably cold and quite rude, they do not care about any issues people are having, seriously if you do not want to deal with returns/replacements or any issues with your sales then do not have a retail company, its clear you do not want to do anything for your customers, first and only time I will use you and yes I will buy from the manufacturer directly as they atleast were polite to me and wanted to help with this issue.
