Absolutely fantastic. Our very first camping experience. A friendly family run business with lovely approachable staff. We felt very looked after and safe hear, the owners don't abandon the campers at night. keeping an eye on things while not intruding on privacy. Thank you to all at happy valley we will definitely be back 😃

Great camping spot.

Nice open field close to Valley walking trail.

Only open Friday to Sunday.

Owners very polite and have a love for camping and the outdoors.

Amenities, very basic; male and female toilets with sink, soap bins.

Outside sink for cleaning pots, pans etc.

Fire pits, fire wood are available.

A small walk/drive away from shops/pubs

Dog friendly.

Liked: Really great site, we could set up wherever we wanted, the owners are so friendly, yes there are no showers or hot water but does that really matter? Can't wait to see what they do with the site soon, we will definitely be back! An Uber to Manchester and back was so easy we decided to go to the cricket on Sunday! Thank you

Perfect for a quiet escape. Toilets and washing up area on site. Pick your spot, pitch up and relax. Local shops only a
walk away if you forget anything. Fire pits and wood to burn available for a small fee. I think we paid a fiver for the pit and the same again for wood. Dogs allowed. Left to our own devices to have a great weekend camping. We will definitely be back.

Amazing campsite nestled away in a quieter part of stockport. The views are fantastic and it’s the perfect staging area for looking around Manchester and Stockport. Toilet facilities and wash up area are beautiful. Doesn’t have electric hook up yet but for the price and location its superb. Owners are lovely and helpful

Liked: Quiet site. Easy to find and close to Stockport and Manchester. Facilities were basic but as advertised, so no complaint. Super flexible - arrive when you like, pitch where you like was the advice. The owner clearly has plans for the future to improve this site and we will be back.

Lovely basic campsite.
Nice flat square field with a toilet block and sink in the middle.
We had a good time, owner was friendly too.

The only comment I would say and the reason it wasn’t 5* - the grass was slightly long, which didn’t affect our camping area, just when I walked to the toilet block - all my shoes and socks where soaking wet. Just a minor thing though 😊
Plan on returning next weekend.

Liked: Friendly owners, pick your own pitch, fire pits allowed and even sell logs and hire pits out. Easy to get to. Toilets clean and also washing facilities. Dog friendly.

Disliked: No showed but I knew this on booking, would have just made it perfect.
