Christopher goes beyond normal service to make sure everything in the property is as it should be and is spotlessly clean.
He is flexible and understanding with changes to arrival and departure times which is of great help.
I recently left some personal items behind at the property and he kindly posted them back to me promptly which was really appreciated.

A very quaint space superbly managed. Highly profesional and attentive. Communication was exceptionally fluid. The cottage was in immaculate conditions as we arrived, we felt like home straight away. A beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Every room was decorated to the highest standard and spotless...the kitchen in particular has extremely good quality utensils which ensured we were easily able to create a delicious Christmas lunch for all. We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, when we accidentally left an item behind (a Frozen costume belonging to our daughter!) Happy Homes kindly sent it back to us....thereby ensuring no 5-year old meltdowns!! We would highly recommend Jasmine Cottage for a stay and also Happy Homes for their support ahead of our stay and indeed afterwards. We couldn't have been happier 🙂

Superb, friendly, professional service. I highly recommend Christopher and his staff. We stayed at Vista Point and it was spotlessly clean with delightful touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge! Christopher was on hand to help with any questions we had and was charming from the outset.
